Tank Level Gauge (sensor, controller for gas station)

1. Tank Level Gauge?

This is Oil Stock Estimating Equipment, which can measure in liters the amount of oil, existence of water and oil temperature stored at the gas station's oil storage tank to display on computer.

2. Necessity

Oil expands according to temperature making a Tank Level Gauge important for safety and economical reasons.

3. Structure

The Tank Level Gauge structure consists of three parts.  The flow chart is "a sensor that is inserted into the inner tank (probe rob) -> Controller -> Display part".

1) Probe Rob (Sensor): It is located inside the tank and is a built -in sensor which measures the amount of oil, humidity and temperature.

2) Controller: It is attached to the office wall and receives a signal from the sensor to control & compute by micro-processor.

3) Computer: It displays the class of oil, existence of water, temperature of inner tank, Gross Weight (No relation with actual amount - temperature), Net Weight (Amount that changes actual amount as 15C) and other necessary contents of stock management.
